The Fall 2023 semester is off to a great start! From student welcome events to celebrating the University’s 175th birthday, it’s an exciting time to be a Badger.

Our student photography intern, Isabelle Delfosse, has been out taking photos of the many happenings here on campus.

The semester was off to a great start with the College of Letters & Science welcoming more than 1,800 new L&S students during the 2023 L&S Convocation event.

During the 2023 L&S Convocation, new Badgers attended presentations about campus resources and received a warm welcome speech from College of Letters & Science Dean Eric Wilcots.

Fall weather means beautiful sunsets to enjoy at Memorial Union Terrace before the inevitable lake freezing over during winter.

Celebrating 175 years, UW–Madison is still a happening place, and that includes Bascom Hill during passing periods.

College of Letters & Science Dean Eric Wilcots welcomes the new 2023 cohort of L&S Dean's Ambassadors.

This year's [RE] Connect Weekend featured a live performance by student scholars of the First Wave Hip Hop Theater Ensemble centered around Hip Hop's 50th anniversary.

Although the flamingos are still being counted, UW–Madison celebrated its annual Fill the Hill event.
