Two undergraduate classics students were recently honored. Rachel Smith received a Hilldale Award for 2009-10 to work on a project on Helen of Troy with faculty sponsor Professor Patricia Rosenmeyer.
Claire Rydell presented the results of her Sophomore Apprenticeship research on ancient Troy with a poster at the Undergraduate Research Symposium in April. Her poster was one of very few selected for a special event at the State Capitol called “Posters in the Rotunda.”
