Dean Gary Sandefur is encouraging all L&S faculty and staff to take time to participate in and provide feedback to the campus Human Resources Design Project.
The proposed changes will affect all UW-Madison positions in some way. Employees can learn more about the details of the HR Design proposals by reviewing the materials and schedules for forums, web chats, and other feedback sessions that are updated regularly at http://hrdesign.wisc.edu/
Please note that campus administration is asking all employees be provided time during working hours to attend forums or provide feedback.
If you are unable to attend a forum or participate in a web chat, please read through the available materials and provide feedback through the "SEND US FEEDBACK" bar in the header of the HR Design Project website.
All feedback is routed to the appropriate working group and will be considered.
