Professor Alfonso Morales recently completed a number of projects.
He coedited the book, "An American Story: Mexican American Entrepreneurship & Wealth Creation, with John Sibley Butler and David Torres (Purdue University Press) which came out in September.
Also out in September, Morales coauthored “Pathways to Meaning: Advancing the Study of Workplace Emotions” in the American Journal of Sociology with Don Grant and Jeff Sallaz.
Earlier this summer, Morales authored “Public Markets as Community Development Tools” in the Journal of Planning Education and Research which came out in July.
Lastly, Morales was invited to Berlin Technical University to deliver a keynote lecture on street vendors and public markets and a lecture on the same topic at the Lincoln Land Institute in Cambridge, MA.
