Researchers at the Center for Limnology, led by Professor Jake Vander Zanden, recently developed and launched a new web site that allows lake managers and citizens to determine which lakes are vulnerable to aquatic invasive species.

The Invasive Species Interactive Mapping System aims to transfer research results conducted at UW-Madison to managers, local decision makers and concerned citizens so they can make well-informed decisions in the battle against aquatic invasive species around the state.
