Jill Casid, professor of art history, will receive a Hamel Family Letters & Science Faculty Fellow award.
The Letters & Science Faculty Fellows award was initially created with a generous gift from George Hamel and his wife Pamela. George Hamel (BA'80, Communication Arts) is a member of the College of Letters and Science Board of Visitors.
This prestigious award provides flexible research funds for the next five years. This honor reflects Casid's outstanding research and teaching and her extraordinary service to the university community.
