The Center for Journalism Ethics is off to a busy summer of outreach.
Hitting the road June 11, Center Director Stephen Ward, James E. Burgess Professor of Journalism Ethics, held a 'town hall' forum on "The Survival of Good Journalism" for UW alumni at the Gleacher Center in Chicago.
The Center is also holding a series of public meetings this summer on the future of journalism. The meetings build upon its May 1st conference on ethical journalism at UW-Madison.
The meetings are supported by the UW Foundation, the Wisconsin Alumni Association, and the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
