The Center for European Studies had the unique opportunity to host Bodil Bredsdorff, award-winning Danish author of "The Crow Girl" in November.
Bredsdorff participated in the International Children's Literature Celebration, an annual event organized by the UW-Madison Title VI Centers as part of International Education Week.
Bredsdorff visited the Governor’s Mansion by personal invitation of First Lady Jessica Doyle, where she participated in First Lady Doyle’s "Read On Wisconsin" program, a statewide book club for students and book-lovers.
