Vilas Research Professor Robert M. Hauser has been awarded a competing five-year renewal of support totalling $2.5 million from the National Institute on Aging for the Center for Demography of Health and Aging (CDHA).
CDHA was founded in 1999, and its research activities focus on (a) midlife development and aging; (b) economics of population aging;
(c) inequalities in health and aging; (d) international, comparative studies of population aging; and (e) to create explicit links between social-demographic and biomedical research in population aging.
