(End of Year) Message from L&S Dean Eric Wilcots

December 21, 2020

Dear L&S Alumni,

As we reach the close of a very difficult year, I want to wish each and every one of you, our dedicated alumni, a safe and peaceful holiday season.

This year brought many unprecedented challenges and moments of uncertainty, but one thing remained the same: you care deeply about this place—about its values, the Wisconsin experience, and our students. During some of our toughest moments, I can’t tell you how much it meant to receive your messages of support and concern for the health and safety of our L&S students, faculty and staff. I am constantly humbled and immensely proud of all of my L&S colleagues and students, as they have shown true resilience, dedication and perseverance.

Thank you, L&S alumni, for all you do to keep the College of Letters & Science strong and growing. On behalf of all of us within L&S, may 2021 bring health and happiness to you and yours.

On, Wisconsin!
