With the election coming up Nov. 8, fact-checking has been especially newsworthy. Lucas Graves, an assistant professor in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and his book Deciding What’s True: The Rise of Political Fact-Checking in American Journalism are helping people understand its importance.
Media outlets such as PolitiFact, Wired, The Globe and Mail, The Poynter Institute, Vox, NPR, Washington Post and Inside Higher Ed have all reached out to Graves for his insights and comments.
